The Idea of the INTEURO Youth Career Incubator

The Youth Career Incubator is based on the belief that young people develop fastest through practical activity, interaction with others and social experiences. A key element of the programme is the promotion of volunteering, civic engagement and cooperation with NGOs, which strengthen agency, a sense of mission and social competences. We want young people to see NGOs as a real starting place: a space where they can learn responsibility, gain experience and build their future.

What does this support include?

– career-oriented visits (to institutions, universities, NGOs, companies, offices),
– peer mentoring — meetings with young leaders,
– presentations of opportunities to engage in the third sector,
– examples of social projects and volunteering,
– inspiring conversations about the future, initiatives and values.

Participation in Incubator activities requires prior registration through the school.
