Career Counselling for Youth

The Idea of the INTEURO Youth Career Incubator

The INTEURO Career Incubator supports young people in building a conscious and active approach to life. It is not only educational and career counselling but also the promotion of social engagement, participation in NGOs and volunteering. We want young people to see the NGO sector as a space where they can gain experience, learn teamwork, build self-confidence and make a real impact on their environment. Volunteering and social activities help young people develop a sense of purpose, responsibility and agency — which is why they form an important part of the incubator’s concept.

Career counselling for young people

Counsellors support students in:
– identifying their talents and strengths,
– planning education and career paths,
– analysing skills and predispositions,
– choosing a school and direction of study,
– understanding the Polish education system (especially for students from Ukraine),
– developing self-confidence and social competencies.

Career counselling also includes guidance on how to gain experience through social initiatives, student activities and local volunteering.

Who can take part?

Students aged 13+ from Ukraine and Polish students.
