Support phone / psychological helpline
A year-round, free psychological helpline available in Polish and Ukrainian. Quick support for students, parents and teachers.
Sometimes one calm conversation is enough to help name the problem, organise emotions and see possible solutions.
As part of the project “Raising the level of wellbeing of the school community in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship”,
a free support phone / psychological helpline is available for students from Ukraine who have experienced migration or displacement,
and for their parents/guardians.
💬 You do not have to face difficulties alone.
You can call, write via WhatsApp or use a specialist’s duty hours according to the current schedule.

Psychologists’ duty hours are set and updated on an ongoing basis. The schedule is maintained throughout the entire project implementation period,
until 31 August 2027.

Duty hours may change for organisational reasons. The current online document allows you to quickly check the nearest available dates.
👥 Who can use the support phone / psychological helpline?
Students from Ukraine
especially young people aged 13 and over who have experienced migration or displacement and need a conversation, support or consultation.
Parents and guardians
when a conversation is needed about emotions, behaviour, adaptation, school difficulties or the child’s situation.
Schools and school specialists
in matters related to possible support for a student from Ukraine or their family covered by the project activities.
💙 When is it worth calling?
✅ when a student experiences stress, anxiety, sadness or tension,
✅ when problems appear in relationships with peers,
✅ when a student has difficulties adapting to a new school environment,
✅ when a parent needs to talk about their child’s situation,
✅ when a school wants to ask about possible forms of support for a student from Ukraine or their family,
✅ when first support is needed in a crisis or emotionally difficult situation.

Support is available in Polish, Ukrainian and Russian – according to the current schedule of specialists’ duty hours.

🔐 Important information
The support phone / psychological helpline is supportive and consultative in nature. A conversation with a specialist may help organise the situation, name the problem and identify possible next steps.
Depending on the type of support, some consultations may require prior registration, for example to arrange an in-person consultation or additional specialist support.
In the event of an immediate threat to life or health, call the emergency number 112 immediately.
🤝 It does not have to be a “big problem”.
You can also contact us when you simply want to talk, ask about possible forms of help or consult the first worrying signs.
