Support Modules – Friendly School Świętokrzyskie

Module 1 – Psychological and Integration Support for Students

We help young people cope with stress, emotions and school-related difficulties. Students have access to psychologists, crisis interventions, workshops, integration activities and digital hygiene training.
Activities are conducted in Polish and Ukrainian.

For whom: students from Ukraine aged 13+ with the participation of Polish peers with migration experience.
Goal: improving well-being and class integration.

Module 2 – INTEURO Youth Career Incubator

Modern career guidance helping young people discover talents, plan their future and develop social competencies.
Workshops, mentoring, expert meetings, career exploration visits, introduction to NGO work, promotion of volunteering and social activity.

For whom: youth aged 13–18 (students from Ukraine 13+ with the participation of Polish peers with migration experience).
Goal: informed educational and career choices.

Module 3 – Support for Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians receive psychological support, workshops, support groups and guidance on how to support their child in a multicultural environment.
Consultations available in Polish and Ukrainian.

For whom: Polish and Ukrainian parents.
Goal: better home–school communication.

Module 4 – Support for Teachers and School Staff

Supervision, training, methodological consultations, tools for working in Polish-Ukrainian classrooms, JPJO materials and ready-made lesson scenarios.
Real support for educators, school counsellors and management.

For whom: teaching staff of schools in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship participating in the project.
Goal: a competent, well-supported and well-prepared teaching staff.

Educational Corner – Material Support for Schools

Schools participating in the project receive a set of educational materials (in Polish / Ukrainian): worksheets, integration tools, digital hygiene materials, adaptation kits for students from Ukraine, lesson plans and parent guides.

Goal: real support for schools in everyday functioning.
